Wonderful Stay in a Central Location

Flavio and the staff were cute I even forgot my charger and they provided me with one. The bed was large and comfortable and the balcony was a beautiful space to relax. Breakfast served on the balcony each morning was a treat it was so quiet and peaceful. The bathroom featured a powerful shower a jacuzzi and a great hairdryer.
I noticed the minibar lacked complimentary water which would have been nice to have available upon arrival after a long journey.

The beautiful suite terrace included new furniture and a beautiful decor it provided a comfortable setting for relaxation. The room featured an oversized bed with high quality linens ensuring restful sleep each night. A spacious bathroom included two sinks plus towel warmer.

The location provides easy access to various landmarks there are many restaurants close by plus it is a short walk to the Trevi Fountain. I found the proximity to many points of interest very useful while exploring the area. The hotel is easy to find.

The staff was friendly and professional they provided personalized service during my entire visit. Fulvio was very helpful and made great recommendations for local restaurants. Breakfast was delivered directly to the room at my requested time each morning.

The premises feature modern conveniences and is kept in immaculate condition and cleaned daily. Breakfast offered a wide selection including pastries cereal fruit toast and preserves. There is also a big TV with access to Netflix.

Okay Location, Some Disappointing Aspects.

I found the breakfast quite basic. It was served in the room, nice I suppose. The mattresses were also too soft. I woke up with a sore back each morning. Definitely not ideal, we expected better considering the price.

the executive suite terrace was spacious and clean. breakfast was brought to the room each morning on a cute little trolley, a lovely touch. i enjoyed the professional service and recommendations for local restaurants.
the early check-in process proved a little difficult due to limited staff, though i understand it happens sometimes.
